The Burnsville, Minnesota Chapter of SCORE “Counselors to America’s Small Business” is part of a national nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of the nation’s small business. SCORE volunteers serve as “Counselors to America's Small Business.”
SCORE Chapter #628 provides free and confidential business counseling tailored to meet the needs of your small business and your personal objectives. I would like to emphasize that SCORE assists people in starting a new business and by providing counseling to existing small businesses.
SCORE volunteers are real-world professionals with time-tested knowledge who donate thousands of hours to help small businesses succeed. Counselors are experts in such areas as accounting, finance, marketing, risk, management and business plan preparation.
Assistance is available in many ways:
Face-to-face counseling: to submit your request use our on-line Request for Free Counseling form, OR call the Burnsville/South Metro office at 952-890-7020 and a form will be mailed/faxed to you
Email counseling: begin your on-line counseling at Email Counseling
Attend workshops and seminars: view the South Metro SCORE Workshops or Minnesota State wide workshops, then call the number listed to sign-up to attend workshops of your choice
